Carleigh has been an immigration attorney throughout the duration of her career. A member of the Oregon State Bar, she attended Portland State University graduating in 2011 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus in Management and Leadership. She attended Willamette University College of Law graduating in 2015 with her JD. Born in Southern California, and raised in Portland, Oregon area, in her spare time, Carleigh loves to travel, having been to over 100 countries and counting!

Rosa has been with Anable and Rivera Law, P.C. since 2019. A native of Jalisco, Mexico, Rosa understands the immigration process having had to work through it herself. Rosa is fluent in both Spanish, and English, and provides all our translation services. In her spare time, Rosa loves to bake, travel, and spend time with her family and friends.

Originally from Nueva Leon, Mexico, Ruben has been through the immigration process himself, so he understands the complexities of it. Ruben had been practicing immigration law since the 1990s before his retirement in 2025. He now acts as a consultant for our firm.
